神花 藝伎／水洗／淺培
卓武山位於阿里山鄉南端的茶山村， 白天有充足日照，午後雲霧進入山區， 日夜溫差與山林的微型氣候， 讓咖啡果實在山間緩慢成熟。
經過水洗處理後， 風味乾淨、細緻， 帶著輕盈的花香與明亮層次， 尾韻裡還有一點很淺的土壤氣息。 像走過濕潤的山徑， 從泥土與葉片之間， 看見一朵正在綻開的花。
深果 SL34／日曬／淺培
鄒築園位在阿里山約海拔 1,300 公尺， 高海拔、較短的日照與明顯的日夜溫差， 讓咖啡果實有更長的時間慢慢熟成。
以日曬處理， 果實的甜味與時間一起留在咖啡豆裡， 帶出飽滿而深層的果香， 以及些微發酵感。像是在林間拾起一顆熟透的野果， 甜味已經沉進果肉裡。
Spirit Blossom Geisha / Washed / Light Roast
Zhuo-Wu Mountain is located in Chashan Village, at the southern end of Alishan Township. With abundant daylight, afternoon mist, distinct day-to-night temperature shifts, and a unique mountain microclimate, the coffee cherries ripen slowly in the highlands.
After washed processing, the cup is clean and delicate, with light floral notes and a bright clarity, followed by a faint earthy nuance in the finish. Like walking along a damp mountain trail and seeing a flower just beginning to bloom between the soil and leaves.
Rich Fruit SL34 / Natural / Light Roast
Zou Zhou Yuan is located at around 1,300 meters above sea level in Alishan. The high elevation, shorter hours of sunlight, and pronounced day-to-night temperature differences allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly over a longer period.
Through natural processing, the sweetness of the fruit and the passage of time remain closely with the coffee bean, bringing out rich, deep fruit notes with a subtle fermented character. Like picking up a fully ripened wild fruit in the forest, its sweetness already settled deep into the flesh.

Ninesky 九天 is a café and creative space connected to a temple dedicated to Jiutian Xuannü in Sanxia. The name “Ninesky” refers to 九天玄女 while also echoing “nice guy,” reflecting the founding idea of good people, good deeds, and good food. More than 40 years ago, the family built the temple on the hillside overlooking Yuanshan Weir to fulfill a promise to the deity. Today, Ninesky continues that story through local organic tea, house-roasted coffee, handmade food, and its signature mille crêpe cakes. Using thoughtfully selected ingredients with stories of their own, Ninesky hopes to carry the temple’s spirit and the family’s long-standing connection with the community into a new generation.

minnao的精神，源自泰雅族對太平山一帶的美稱。鑒於遠古智慧的美、善，撮合我們對臺灣的發掘、尋訪。 選用來自土地各處，瑞穗文旦、新竹的馬告、茶樹、野薑花和金盞花以及宜蘭的木質調作為主要香味來源，藉由自然環境的優勢，我們包裹在地農作、人文風情體現純粹，讓「他們」在氣味與器物裡釋放。

The spirit of Minnao derives from the Atayal tribe's endearing title for the vicinity of Mount Taiping. Acknowledging the beauty and wisdom of ancient traditions, we embark on a journey to explore and discover the wonders of Taiwan. Utilizing pomelos from the Rueisue Farmers' Association in Hualien, litsea and tea tree from Naroherbs in Hsinchu, and Hinoki cypress from Yilan as the primary sources of fragrance for our products, we use locally grown and manufactured natural essential oils as the base note, without adding synthetic fragrances. The distinctive scents collide with each other, embodying the olfactory memories of the land. Leveraging the advantages of the natural environment, we connect with local cultural traditions, embodying purity, allowing "them" to release in the scents and objects. Through mutually beneficial practices of "sourcing raw materials" and "promotion," we strive to uphold the respect and care of ancient wisdom.
