商品寄送 Shipping

出貨時間為每週二、週四，已完成付款之訂單將依序寄出，如需有特殊需求歡迎聯繫。

遇國定假日或特殊狀況，到貨時間依貨運業者送達時間為準。

出貨進度可至會員帳號查詢。

Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday. Paid orders will be dispatched in sequence. If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us.

During public holidays or special circumstances, delivery time may vary according to the logistics provider’s schedule.

You can check your shipping status in your member account.

商品退換 Returns & Exchanges

如商品有瑕疵，請於收到包裹後7日內和我們聯繫，我們將儘速為您處理。

非瑕疵品之退換貨申請，須維持全新未拆封且包裝無損之狀態。

收到退貨包裹並確認符合退換貨條件，我們將立即為您辦理手續。

若付款方式為信用卡，所需之退款天數依發卡銀行政策為主。

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist you as soon as possible.

For non-defective items, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product remains unopened and in its original condition. Once we receive and confirm your return meets the conditions, we will process your request immediately.

For credit card payments, the refund processing time may vary depending on your card-issuing bank.
